Montana State lost 35-34 in OT to North Dakota State, then lost seven players to the NCAA Transfer Portal. What’s next for MSU?

Three Big Sky Conference teams remain in the FCS playoffs, including Montana, who hosts Furman on Friday night and is a -17.5 point favorite. Idaho hosts UAlbany Saturday night.

Sac State lost 34-24 to South Dakota. The other quarterfinals include No. 8 Villanova at No. 1 South Dakota State plus NDSU at No. 3 South Dakota.
