The University of Montana football team hosted its annual spring game at Washington-Grizzly Stadium on April 12, 2024. The “Maroon” team earned a 35-7 “victory”.
The Maroon was led by quarterbacks Kaden Huot & Logan Fife, along with UM’s starting OL & DL.
The highlight of first half Friday came when Missoula Sentinel product T.J. Rausch intercepted a pass and took it 62 yards for the second TD of the contest with 1 minute left in the first half.
Kaden Huot was Montana’s most efficient quarterback on Friday. The Helena High product completed all six of his passes for 77 yards and forged two TD drives.
In Bobby Hauck’s 12th season overall leading his alma mater, the Griz went 13-2 and finished as Big Sky champions & FCS runners up .
