Big Sky men’s hoops tourney – Griz beat Portland State to advance to semifinals

No. 3 Montana was the only top four seed to hold and advance to the semifinals after beating No. 6 Portland State 87-81 on March 11, 2024.

The Griz advance to take on No. 8 Idaho State, a team UM swept during the regular season.

Montana head coach Travis DeCuire addressed the media following the tournament victory as did Portland State head coach Jase Coburn, Jorrell Satterfield and KJ Allen addressed the media.
