Big Sky men’s hoops tourney: Montana State races past Weber State, into semis for 4th straight year

No. 5 Montana State made 14 buckets in a row and scored 66 second half points on the way to a 91-82 win over No. 4 Weber State in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky Conference men’s basketball tournament.

The MSU victory marks the third year in a row the Bobcats have ousted the Wildcats from the tourney and the fourth year in a row.

MSU has advanced to the semifinals. MSU will take on No. 10 Sacramento State in the semis. Following the game, MSU head coach Matt Logie + seniors Brian Goracke & Robert Ford III along with Weber State head coach Eric Duft addressed the media.
