It’s an annual truth of the new college football ecosystem, one brought into being by extra years of eligibility and relaxed transfer rules: every offseason, teams across the FCS and the Big Sky Conference find themselves needing to replace transfers who head up and out, departing for the FBS to chase a bigger stage and better opportunities.
