MONTANA GRIZZLIES

NATHAN DICK – Quarterback – Billings Senior – Billings, Montana

The Numbers: While it is still undetermined where the 5-foot-10, 190-pound athlete will fit into Montana’s plans, Dick was a terror for Class AA defensive coordinators from his spot at quarterback in Senior’s up-tempo system. Dick lost just three games in his final two seasons and guided the Broncs to the state championship in 2016. He threw for 2,639 yards and 34 touchdowns and ran for 1,222 yards and 19 touchdowns during his senior season.

Accolades: Dick’s success on the field translated to some major awards. In addition to becoming the first player from Billings Senior to be named Montana’s Gatorade Player of the Year, Dick repeated as the Eastern AA Offensive Player of the Year and was a first-team all-state and first-team all-conference quarterback.

Film: Nathan Dick Highlights

Coach Andrew Selle on Nathan Dick: “He led his team to a state championship in Class AA. He’s a playmaker. He’s got a great knack for winning. He can throw it, he can run it, he can extend plays with his feet.”

Story on Dick’s commitment – Gatorade Player of the Year Nathan Dick commits to Montana

Billings Senior coach Chris Murdock on Nathan Dick: “I think he has a chance to be a real dynamic quarterback at the next level. I think that’s the kind of guy you want with the football in his hands and there is no better way to get it in his hands as much as possible than make him the quarterback. … He’s really a dual-threat quarterback. There is not a throw he can’t make.”
